所谓餐饮的“硬实力”就是看得见也摸得着的！餐饮加盟店的店铺位置、环境装潢等！餐厅创业如何打造“硬实力”，一起来看看！ 餐饮创业之选址 当商铺租金的畸形增长逼的麦当劳都不得不离开市口好的商业地段，开始带头往地下钻的时候，我们应该重新思考餐厅的选址原则。三餐美食餐饮系统创始人认为，随着移动互联网技术的发展，靠选一个市口好的位置来吸引过路客流的重要性会逐渐被网络流量所侵蚀。依赖市口的餐厅往往吸引的是激情消费，所以小吃型的餐厅会比较难绕过这个槛；但以计划型消费为主的正餐餐厅对于市口的依赖在如今其实是不必须的。 由于互联网是餐厅最重要的流量入口，所以我们可以推断出未来择址的几种可能性： 第一种比较传统，“一流商圈二流地段”这种择址方式最近比较火是有一定道理的，选择一流商圈是方便解决交通、停车问题，并且一流商圈保证了用户基数；选择二流地段则通过损失一部分过路客流换取相对较低的租金。除个别情况以外，做餐饮是个长线，现象级的漫咖啡回本周期还要一年半以上呢。既然是做长线，那么抗风险能力还是要尽量得强。租金低就可以多撑些时间，撑久了成功的概率就更大，这都是些很粗浅的道理。
