湖南农业大学图书馆www.ibaby6.com湖南农业大学图书馆创建于1951年，现由文渊馆和图书馆两座馆舍组成，总建筑面积4.28万余平方米，总阅览座位4965个，设有10个大开间阅览区，配置了700余台计算机，提供上网接口1000余个。馆内设总服务台、总咨询台、检索台、自助借还台、学者研究室、研究厢、电子阅览室、视听室、多媒体教室、读者沙龙、咖啡吧、读者交流休闲区、国际会议厅和VOD视频点播服务等。馆内设备先进，设施完善，全馆实行全开放管理，每天从早到晚连续开放14个小时，周开馆98小时，日均接待读者逾万人次，并提供24小时网络信息服务。
