中国证券业协会从业人员管理平台https://person.sac.net.cn/login.action 中国证券业协会是依据《中华人民共和国证券法》和《社会团体登记管理条例》的有关规定设立的证券业自律性组织，属于非营利性社会团体法人，接受中国证监会和国家民政部的业务指导和监督管理。 中国证券业协会成立于1991年8月28日。30年来，协会认真贯彻《中国证券业协会章程》，在中国证监会的监督指导下，团结和依靠全体会员，切实履行“自律、服务、传导”三大职能，在推进行业自律管理、反映行业意见建议、改善行业发展环境等方面做了一些工作，发挥了行业自律组织的应有作用。
